Newland Lane,

These super cottages are a result of a conversion of a 19th century agricultural barn. The cottages are set around a pretty courtyard with covered barbecue area complete with patio heaters.

Developed in 2004 the cottages are finished to a high standard. We welcome pets and children.

Newlands Holiday Cottages are available for overnight visits, mid-week or weekend breaks, holidays, and short-term letting and are furnished and equipped to a very high standard.

Epworth is a traditional small town home to historical places of interest eg: The Old Rectory and Wesley Memorial Church. We still have all the traditional village shops including: butcher's; bakers; and fruit and veg shops.

You will find closed by a local leisure centre and swimming pool as well as parks for the children. Our local pubs amd restaurants and takeaways are very popular on the Isle of Axholme.

With excellent access to the motorway network and within good travelling distance of Leeds, Sheffield, Yorks and Nottingham.

You will always be made very welcome by the owners Nigel and Clarissa - nothing is too much trouble.
