A walk through the stone cottages of Cawthorne village takes you to the fascinating Cawthorne Jubilee Museum, a wonderful collection of artefacts from the agricultural to the exotic. Cawthorne always puts on a beautiful display for the 'Britain in Bloom' competion. Nearby is Cannon Hall, including the Museum, Farm Shop and Country Park. The Parkland at Cannon Hall is a very popular spot for picnics, walking the dog and feeding the ducks. The Maize maze is a great summer attraction, with a different design each year and the chance to play traditional family games or ride on a vintage tractor.
